The Biblioteca Capitolare houses over one thousand manuscripts, dating between the 4th and the 19th century. For an introduction to these collections, you can consult the indexes by subject and by century here.
For more in-depth research, reference can be made to the catalogue written by Don Antonio Spagnolo between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, later revised and published in the following book:
